JOHNNY KARAM
Johnny is the director of JKCapInvest and is an entrepreneur with over 23
years of multi-disciplinary experience. He has lived in the UK since he
was 14 years old and has studied in some of the most prestigious
universities Imperial College London and UCL. He knows London and the
Home Counties during his boarding school years very well.
Johnny has worked in London, Geneva, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. He has had a successful career in banking with Citigroup and Loyds TSB and has also been behind a number of start-ups ranging from Media, Fintech and Proptech. Johnny comes with a weighty book of contacts of UHNW individuals, family offices, international clients and sovereign wealth funds.
His refined approach allows him to create a positive rapport with the large network of international contacts and clients he has built over the years. He is well-rounded, and trusted by his clients. When not at work, Johnny enjoys hanging out with his friends in his favorite pub “Builders Arms” in Kensington. He is a frequent traveller and enjoys cycling.
MAYA EL DEBS
Maya earned a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology from the American University of Beirut with a minor
in Business Administration. She has worked in different countries in
industries from research and publishing to startup in mobile application.
Maya has grew up in a family with successful history in the real estate industry which has instilled a natural passion for property and consequently she seamlessly moved to this field in 2020 working in both sales and lettings. She has proven to be successful in delivering thanks to her methodological and determined approach.
Maya is fluent in Arabic, French and English with a very strong knowledge in Portuguese. She has excellent communication skills and understands exactly what her clients are looking for. Her hobbies include enjoying different gastronomies and running in London parks.
